The development consists of a 47-storey residential tower and a three-storey standalone beachfront clubhouse with basement parking, designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and sea views.
The project comprises 298 residential units under Freehold ownership and follows a low-density luxury development concept. Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2026, with completion expected in December 2029.
